Admin Support III / Office Assistant – March 2017
Administrator for the Neurocognitive Assessment Clinic and the Autism Spectrum Evaluation Clinic. Primary tasks included, but not limited to:
• Assist neuropsychologists and pediatricians in the Neurocognitive Assessment Clinic
• Provide general administration support such as: data entry, data collection, appointment reminders, and scoring protocols
• Performing patient intake screenings
• Serve as a liaison for resources regarding Autism and other developmental disabilities
• Interacting with pediatric patients in the clinic
• Assisting clinicians prepare for their appointment with paperwork and billing consolidation
• Updating the Neurocognitive Assessment clinic’s informational handbook using Adobe InDesign
• Help with developing test stimuli – uses Photoshop, Microsoft Paint, Microsoft Live Photo Gallery to modify and finalize test stimuli
• Aids in research that primarily focuses on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders and its impact on cognitive functions in children and adolescents.

Office Assistant (Computer Support) – December 2016
Maintained Continuing Education programs for pharmacists, nuclear medicine technologists, and radiopharmacists through a variety of online learning interfaces and websites.
• Provide technical computer support in Moodle – aid in user navigation, course registrations, account creation, password resets, and general user troubleshooting
• Perform data entry
• Generate participant reports and program evaluation summaries using Excel.
• Submit continuing education credits to CPE Monitor and CE Broker
• Maintain course content and update interactive learning modules on Moodle for approximately 20 courses.
